Terms: Payment terms include COD, prepayment, net terms (with prior approval), and credit cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All first time orders must be COD, prepay, or credit card. All returned checks subject to a $25.00 fee and possible loss of terms.

Samples: Samples are billed at full price plus shipping. All samples must be paid by credit card, COD, or prepayment. Stock samples are returnable with prior approval. Custom samples are not returnable.

Returns: All domestic claims must be made within 15 days of the invoice date. International claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. All claims for stock items will receive a full refund for garments. Claims for custom and contract work will be credited or remade only if garments do not match the approved sample or photo. We do not refund shipping costs. If you print them, you own them, we do not accept credits for printed goods.

Shipping: We ship via UPS unless otherwise specified.
